Welcome to 2R Auto Platform ("Platform," "we," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software, website at rrauto.app and shop.rrauto.app, and all related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2R Auto Platform is cloud-based shop management software for auto repair shops, providing work order management, digital vehicle inspections, bay board, customer messaging, invoicing, inventory management, appointment scheduling, AI-powered diagnostics, and reporting.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by auto repair shops, dealers, and related automotive service businesses.
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at usmnv@ncdealer.co of any unauthorized use.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial ("Trial") with full access to all features of the selected plan at no charge. A valid credit card is required to start the Trial. Your card will not be charged during the 7-day Trial period. On day 8, your card is automatically charged for your first subscription period. Cancel any time before day 8 and no charge will be applied. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Trial offer at any time.
5.1 Plans. Subscriptions are offered on the plans listed at rrauto.app. All prices in U.S. dollars.
5.2 Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly starting from the date your Trial ends and payment is collected.
5.3 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5.4 Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5.5 Price Changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5.6 Founding Member Pricing. Accounts created during the founding member period are eligible for rate lock-in as described in applicable promotional communications.
5.7 Taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We collect taxes where required by law.
6.1 Cancellation. Cancel any time from Account Settings or by emailing usmnv@ncdealer.co. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
6.2 Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for double-charges, charges after cancellation, or extended outages caused by our error.
6.3 Trial Cancellation. Cancel during the Trial any time — no charge applies. Simply do not add payment information.
You agree not to: violate any applicable law; gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; reverse engineer or decompile the Service; use the Service to transmit spam or malware; resell the Service without written permission; store or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws; or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
8.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of all data you input ("Your Data"), including customer records, work orders, and inspection reports.
8.2 License to Us. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8.3 Data Export. Request a copy of Your Data at any time by contacting usmnv@ncdealer.co.
8.4 Deletion. Upon termination, we delete Your Data within 90 days, except as required by law.
8.5 Security. We implement industry-standard security (TLS encryption, AES-256 at rest, row-level database security). No system is perfectly secure.
The AI Tech Assistant provides informational content to assist automotive technicians. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional judgment. We do not warrant its accuracy. You are solely responsible for verifying recommendations before acting on them.
The Service (excluding Your Data) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Service integrates with Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and the NHTSA vehicle database. Your use of these services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2R Auto Platform and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for Terms violations, payment failure, or legal requirements. Sections that should survive termination (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy explains how 2R Auto Platform ("we," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform at rrauto.app and shop.rrauto.app.
We do not sell your personal information or business data. We share information only as follows:
Information about your shop's customers entered into the platform is your data. We process it only to provide the Service and do not use it for our own marketing.
We implement: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level database security isolating your shop's data, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. We will notify you promptly of any security breach affecting your data.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we delete your data within 90 days, except as required by law. You may request earlier deletion.
We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication and preferences only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. Your card will not be charged until day 8. If you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged anything.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Because we provide full platform access immediately upon payment, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription charges.
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge by emailing usmnv@ncdealer.co with your account email and a description of the issue.
Cancel any time from Account Settings. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for unused days.
