2R Auto Platform ("2R," "we," "our," or "us") is a shop management platform developed and operated by CTE Digital LLC, doing business as CTE.STUDIOS. Our platform is accessible at rrauto.app and is designed for automotive shop owners, technicians, and their customers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the platform.

Account & shop information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, shop name, address, phone number, and billing information necessary to create and manage your account.

Vehicle & customer data: As part of operating your shop on our platform, you may enter vehicle information (including VINs), customer contact details, service history, and work order records. This data belongs to you — we are the processor, you are the controller.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform including pages viewed, features used, and actions taken, to improve the product and troubleshoot issues.

Communications: If you contact us for support or submit your email on our waitlist, we retain that correspondence.

Payment information: Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant billing provider. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the 2R Auto Platform
• To process your subscription and send billing communications
• To provision your shop's dedicated phone number
• To send service updates, feature announcements, and security notices
• To respond to your support requests and questions
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform (hosting, databases, messaging, payments). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
• Shared VIN network: If you opt in, anonymized vehicle service history may be visible to other 2R shops when the same VIN is looked up. You control this setting per shop.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity under the same protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and shop data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we hold your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems upon request. Certain records may be retained longer where required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and SOC-2 compliant infrastructure. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at usmnv@ncdealer.co. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics that sell your data.

9. Children's Privacy

2R Auto Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at usmnv@ncdealer.co.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
